Work at Mammal

There are always opportunities for talented people to join our epic team

Becoming a veterinary surgeon or veterinary nurse, a doctor of any kind, a nurse too,  is just, simply put, hard work. We love animals and science, yet our pursuits in this industry have been met with serious hurdles.

We understand how the industry has unravelled and a huge strain has been placed on most of us. We’ve all seen decreased quality of care due to unreasonable patient caseloads. Clinical staffing is a hit or miss. Angry clients for lack of care or financial constraints. The list is massive but together we can change it.

Our vision At Mammal Pet Care, our monthly membership model aims to alleviate the financial burdens that often hinder pet owners from providing optimal care for their beloved companions. By removing the barriers of costly upfront payments, we empower pet owners to prioritise their furry family members' well-being, ultimately enhancing the human-animal bond and improving the lives of both pets and their owners. Pawsitive outcome for all. Currently, our services cater exclusively to canine and feline patients, offering comprehensive care tailored to their unique needs. That is all we have had time to learn about and compile data on. However, we have ambitious plans to expand our reach and establish a network of satellite hospitals within the M25 belt, allowing us to explore and refine our membership model for exotic pet species. Furthermore, we envision establishing a stand-alone specialty referral center, seamlessly integrated into our network of care. This state-of-the-art facility will provide advanced diagnostic and treatment options, ensuring our members have access to the highest level of commitment and expertise when their pets require specialised care. Beyond our commitment to exceptional veterinary services, we aspire to create global centers of learning and innovation. Through collaborative efforts between veterinary and human medicine professionals, our One Health Clinics will foster groundbreaking research and discoveries, advancing the fields of both animal and human healthcare. At Mammal Pet Care, we are driven by a vision of a future where financial constraints no longer dictate the quality of care our beloved companions receive. By pioneering a sustainable and accessible membership model, we aim to revolutionise the veterinary industry, setting new standards for pet care and paving the way for a healthier, more harmonious coexistence between humans and animals.
