Our personalised pricing plans are based on a comprehensive risk assessment of your pet’s healthcare needs utilising data science and Artificial Intelligence. Lower pricing tiers are available for pets that require only routine preventative care, whilst higher tiers account for pets that require more care.

To determine your monthly fee, a full evaluation of your pet will be conducted within the first 3 months of enrolment. This will examine health history, breed, age, environment, amongst other factors.

Following this evaluation pricing will remain stable for 11 months. In month 12, your pet will receive a reassessment to determine pricing for the following year. Discounts are available for pet owners who maintain the recommended preventative care model, similar to no claims.

Your personalised plan provides complete coverage at a fixed monthly membership fee.
